How do I schedule a tour?

You can schedule a tour right on the website by clicking Schedule a Tour and choosing a date and time that works for you. If you prefer, you can also call (571-400-2250), email (leasing@emersonlife.com), or submit a contact form and the leasing team will help set it up. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you arrive.

Applications can be completed online. Click Apply Now on the website and follow the steps in the application portal. If you need assistance, contact the leasing team directly.

What are the income or credit requirements?

For leaseholders, the household income minimum is 3x gross the monthly rent, however, this is looked at with regards to credit.

What lease terms do you offer?

Lease terms vary based on availability and may include standard 12 month leases as well as flexible lease term options.

Are there pet fees or monthly pet rent?

Pet deposits, one-time fees, and monthly pet rent are listed in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page.

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome.

Are there any breed restrictions?

Yes. Community-specific breed restrictions may apply. Please contact leasing for details.

Do you offer accessible parking spaces?

Yes. Accessible parking spaces are provided in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, resort style pool, rooftop terrace, resident entertainment lounges, landscaped courtyard, outdoor grilling areas, dog park, pet spa, and on site retail including LoneStar Market.
