For a guarantor, they must complete an application and pass the screening process. A guarantor must make 5x gross the monthly rental amount.
For leaseholders, the household income minimum is 3x gross the monthly rent, however, this is looked at with regards to credit.

A Reasonable Accommodation form must be completed and turned into the Leasing Office. These forms can be requested at the Leasing Office.

Move-In, Lease Terms
Lease terms vary based on availability and may include standard 12 month leases as well as flexible lease term options.
Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance (if required), proof of electric account through NOVEC, PetScreening completion, Move-in payment, and completion of any move-in scheduling or elevator reservations as instructed by the Leasing Team, where applicable.
